Defective products

In all cases in which with proven fault of the Store were sold incorrect products or products of poor and defective quality (error in receiving the order, in pricing, in shipping, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc.)In all these cases, the customer has the choice either from the beginning not to accept the receipt of the product or, after receiving it, to return the product, within 10 days from the day of delivery.In any case the products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, together with the retail receipt or the sales invoice.In case they are not returned within 10 days then the Store may not accept any return and replacement.

Return of non-defective products

We do not differ from any physical store, so whether the return is for size, color or for personal satisfaction with the product, you can return your order within 15 working days from the day of delivery, outside this time limit changes will not be accepted .

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return the products you bought, free of charge and without having to tell us the reason why you want the products returned, within 14 working days from the date you receive the products.In this case, the Store is obliged to return the amounts paid by the consumer free of charge, within 30 days (article 4 par.10 Law 2251/1994, as replaced by par.11 article 4 of law 3587/2007, Government Gazette A 152 / 10.07.2007)
Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, along with the retail receipt or sales invoice.

The cost of resending is borne entirely by our company for one time only.

order cancellation

It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:

C. After the order has been received you should:
- pack your product adequately to ensure its quality when canceling your order.

- send the parcel, in the same way as you received it.

Cancellation will be made if the product is deemed fit for return.

In any case, the return costs are borne by the sender.
If our company finds its own fault, the corresponding amount of expenses will be deposited in a Bank account that you will indicate to us in your document.
